SENTIR PARFUM RETURN POLICY

1. Scope of the Policy

This return policy ("Return Policy") applies to all purchases made from Sentir Parfum via www.sentirparfum.com. We strive for complete satisfaction for all our customers, understanding that occasionally a return or refund is necessary.

2. Test & Decide Guarantee

Sentir Parfum offers a unique 'Test & Decide Guarantee' to help you find the perfect perfume. Customers can sample our perfume, using no more than approximately three (3) sprays, and if not fully satisfied, return the product under the conditions stipulated in this policy. Please note that Sentir Parfum reserves the sole discretion in determining whether a perfume has been used beyond the approximate usage of three (3) sprays.

3. Return Period

Customers may request a return or refund within 30 days from the date of purchase. Requests made outside this period may not be eligible for refunds. At Sentir Parfum's discretion, a store credit may be issued for late requests.

4. Initiating a Return

To start the return process for purchases directly from Sentir Parfum, please visit our return portal and enter your order number starting with #S and your postal code. We offer a printer-free return label option for your convenience.

5. Return Costs

  • Within the EU: For orders below €20, a return cost of €2.95 will be deducted from your refund. For orders above €20, return shipping is free.
  • Outside of the EU: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

6. Return Conditions

For a refund to be granted, the following conditions must be met:

  • Limited Use: As per our 'Test & Decide Guarantee', the product must not have been used beyond approximately three (3) sprays.
  • Return Period: The product must be returned to Sentir Parfum within the stated return period.
  • Shipping Label: The return must be sent using the Sentir Parfum-provided return label.

7. Lost Returns

Please note that customers bear the risk of loss for returned items during transit. We strongly recommend using a traceable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for items of significant value.

8. Refunds

Refunds, less any applicable shipping and handling charges, will be issued to the original form of payment within 2-5 business days of receiving the returned product.

9. Additional Terms

  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless eligible for free returns as per our 'Return Costs' policy.
  • Refunds will be issued once the returned product is received at the Sentir Parfum-provided return label address.
  • Sentir Parfum reserves the right to refuse returns without Sentir Parfum-provided labels.

10. Volume and Bundle Pricing

  • If you return an item from a bundle, the initial discount rate will be adjusted. The volume discount will be recalculated based on the number of perfumes you retain. For instance, if you received a 30% discount for ordering 3 perfumes but return one, your volume discount will be adjusted to 20%.
  • Refunds will take into account any changes to volume discounts and shipping charges.

This Return Policy complies with applicable laws and regulations and does not affect your statutory rights. We reserve the right to modify this Return Policy at any time, so please review it periodically.
